HEMCO filter presses are widely used for filtration of slurries on construction sites. Virtually dry soil cakes (35% moisture content) are formed after the filtration process such that these cakes can be disposed in a cost effective and environment friendly manner.

The filter press has a capacity of 5.1 m³ cake volume per cycle with an average cycle time of 120 minutes. It has a hydraulic cylinder of 200 Ton thrust capacity to press the plates together during the filtration cycle. A total of 80 plates are used in the filter press. Both manual and time based semi-automatic mode functions are available to run the filtration cycle efficiently.
